Brass
Buna N: General purpose for most air, water, and light oil environments with temperatures to 200F.
Fluorocarbon: Used with hydrocarbon liquids and higher temp ranges and more resistant to 'dry' heat.
EPR: Ideal for food-grade liquids, beverages, water and steam. Not appropriate for petroleum liquids.
