The IMI Mini ISO Valve V40/V41 Series 2-Position, 5-Way Air Piloted, Spring Return, Directional Valve is a specialized pneumatic device used to control the flow of compressed air in industrial machinery and automation systems. It operates with an air pilot signal that triggers its movement between two positions, ensuring precise control over airflow direction in five possible directions. Designed for high performance and compactness, it integrates seamlessly into diverse pneumatic setups using a versatile sub-base system. This valve is capable of handling multiple pressure levels, offering flexibility in various industrial applications. It features dual spool technology: the V40 employs a glandless spool and sleeve for extended durability, while the V41 uses a Softseal spool to manage higher airflow volumes efficiently. With a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (approximately 232 psi) and airflow capacities ranging from 570 to 680 liters per minute, this valve provides reliable and efficient control essential for industrial automation systems.
