The IMI Mini ISO Valve V40/V41 Series 2-Position, 5-Way Dual Air Detented Piloted Directional Valve is a specialized pneumatic control device used in industrial settings to precisely direct the flow of compressed air. It features a dual air detented pilot mechanism, ensuring stable positioning of the valve between two positions without continuous air pressure once set. The valve utilizes dual spool technology: the V40 with a durable glandless spool and sleeve for longevity, and the V41 with a Softseal spool designed to handle higher air flow rates efficiently. With a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (about 232 psi) and airflow capacities ranging from 570 to 680 liters per minute, this valve ensures reliable and efficient operation in pneumatic automation systems.
