Shop 2-Position 5-Way Norgren V44/V45 Air Pilot Spring Return Valves
The IMI Mini ISO Valve V44/V45 Series Directional Valve is a specialized component used in pneumatic systems to control the direction of airflow. These valves are designed to operate with air pilot control in a 2-position, 5-way configuration, meaning they can direct airflow to five different ports in two possible positions. They are compact yet highly efficient, fitting well into various industrial setups. The valves feature a flexible sub-base system for easy integration and configuration, supporting a true multipressure system that includes vacuum applications. They incorporate sandwich regulators and flow controls for precise management of airflow, utilizing dual spool technology—either the V44 with a glandless spool and sleeve or the V45 with a Softseal spool—for reliable performance. These valves also feature collected pilot exhaust with an internal pilot air supply, ensuring consistent operation. They can be easily converted from internal to external pilot supply and facilitate valve exchange under pressure using a sandwich plate design. Mounting conforms to ISO 15407-1 / VDMA 24563 standards, offering options for both solenoid and air pilot actuation, making them versatile and reliable in pneumatic automation applications.
