The IMI Mini ISO Valve V44/V45 Series Directional Valve is a component used in pneumatic systems to control the flow of compressed air. Specifically, these valves operate in a 2-position, 5-way configuration, meaning they can direct airflow to five different ports depending on their position. They are designed to be compact yet powerful, fitting well into various industrial applications. These valves feature a flexible sub-base system that allows for easy setup and configuration, supporting a true multipressure system that includes handling vacuum pressures. They include sandwich regulators and flow controls for precise management of airflow dynamics. The valves employ dual spool technology—either the V44 with a glandless spool and sleeve or the V45 with a Softseal spool—for reliable and efficient operation. They also feature collected pilot exhaust with an internal pilot air supply, ensuring consistent performance. These valves can be converted from using an internal pilot supply to an external one without hassle. Their design facilitates easy exchange under pressure using a sandwich plate mechanism, and they adhere to ISO 15407-1 / VDMA 24563 standards for mounting on subbases. They can be actuated by either solenoid or air pilot, offering flexibility and reliability in pneumatic automation systems.
