Shop 2-Position 5-Way Norgren V44/V45 Dual Solenoid Actuated Valves
The IMI Mini ISO Valve V44/V45 Series Directional Valve comprises 2-Position 5-Way valves that are operated by dual solenoids to control the flow of air in pneumatic systems. These valves are designed to be compact yet efficient, fitting well into various industrial applications. They feature a flexible sub-base system that allows for easy integration and configuration according to different operational needs. Capable of handling a true multipressure system, including vacuum setups, these valves incorporate sandwich regulators and flow controls for precise management of airflow. They utilize dual spool technology: the V44 utilizes a robust glandless spool and sleeve, while the V45 uses a Softseal spool for enhanced airflow performance. The valve includes collected pilot exhaust with an internal pilot air supply, ensuring reliable operation. It can be easily converted from an internal to an external pilot supply, and its sandwich plate design facilitates valve exchange without the need for depressurizing the system, simplifying maintenance tasks. The valve mounts on subbases according to ISO 15407-1 / VDMA 24563 standards and offers both solenoid and air pilot actuation options, providing versatility and dependable performance in pneumatic automation systems.
