Shop 2x 2-Position 3-Way Norgren V44/V45 Dual Solenoid Valves
The IMI Mini ISO Valve V44/V45 Series Directional Valve combines two 2-Position 3-Way valves that are actuated by solenoid pilots to control the flow of air in pneumatic systems. Designed for compactness and high performance, it features a flexible sub-base system that allows easy integration into various industrial applications. This valve supports a true multipressure system, accommodating a wide range of pressures including vacuum, making it versatile for different operational environments. It utilizes dual spool technology: the V44 employs a glandless spool and sleeve for robustness, while the V45 uses a Softseal spool optimized for efficient airflow. The valve includes collected pilot exhaust with an internal pilot air supply, ensuring reliable operation. It can be converted from internal to external pilot supply as needed, and its sandwich plate design allows for valve exchange without needing to depressurize the system, simplifying maintenance tasks. The valve mounts on subbases according to ISO 15407-1 / VDMA 24563 standards and can be actuated either by solenoid or air pilot mechanisms, providing flexibility and dependable performance in pneumatic automation setups.
