The IMI Mini ISO Valve V44/V45 Series Directional Valve is a specialized component used in pneumatic systems to precisely control the direction of airflow. These valves operate with dual solenoids to manage the flow of air in three distinct positions and five possible directions. They are designed to be compact yet highly efficient, fitting well into various industrial settings. The valves feature a flexible sub-base system that allows for easy integration and configuration to suit different operational needs. They support a true multipressure system, including vacuum applications, and incorporate sandwich regulators and flow controls for accurate airflow management. With dual spool technology—either the V44 with a glandless spool and sleeve or the V45 with a Softseal spool—the valves ensure reliable performance and durability. They include features like collected pilot exhaust with an internal pilot air supply, enabling consistent operation. The valves can be converted from internal to external pilot supply easily, and their sandwich plate design facilitates valve exchange under pressure without needing to depressurize the system. They mount on subbases according to ISO 15407-1 / VDMA 24563 standards and offer both solenoid and air pilot actuation options, ensuring versatility and dependable functionality in pneumatic automation applications.
