Shop Deltrol DFD Pressure Compensated Flow Divider
The Deltrol Fluid Products DFD-100 Pressure Compensated Flow Divider Valve is a versatile cartridge valve designed to accurately divide or combine hydraulic flow based on specified ratios, regardless of load pressures. When used in dividing mode, it splits the input flow from one port into two separate flows according to the chosen ratio, and in combining mode, it merges flows from two ports into a single output. This valve operates under pressures up to 3000 psi and is effective in temperatures from -30°F to +250°F. It features pressure compensation for consistent performance and optional ratio settings, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
In the dividing mode, the DFD-100 will split the input flow from port ➂ to ports ➁ and ➃ per the ratio specified. The DFD-100 will combine input flows from ports ➁ and ➃ to a common port ➂. This valve has no port ➀ function.
