Shop Deltrol LLPC Fixed Flow Regulator, Free Reverse Flow, Pressure Compensated
The Deltrol Fluid Products LLPC Flow Regulator is a fixed cartridge valve designed to maintain a consistent flow rate regardless of changes in load pressure. Ideal for low-flow applications, this pressure-compensated valve regulates flow by adjusting its internal spool to throttle or allow flow, ensuring precise flow control even with varying pressures. It features quick installation with a male outlet port for meter-in control and allows free flow in the reverse direction. Capable of handling up to 24 gpm and operating at pressures up to 3000 psi, it provides reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -30°F to +250°F. This valve is suitable for mineral-based fluids and offers quiet operation and accuracy in flow regulation.
The LLPC maintains a constant flow within specified accuracies from inlet to outlet regardless of downstream load pressure. When flow produces a minimum predetermined pressure differential across the compensator spool control orifice, the spool shifts against the spring force to throttle the flow and maintain the flow setting. In the reverse direction the spool shifts to permit free flow.
