High Pressure Straight Fittings & Adapters with Male JIC on one or both sides feature a 37° tapered seat that ensures a secure, leak-proof connection by compressing the male flared end against the female coned seat. This connection style, widely used in fluid power applications, provides a mechanical seal that supports working pressures up to 15,000 psi (689 bar). The JIC fittings are crafted from cold-worked 316 stainless steel, known for its high corrosion resistance and durability. Available in stock sizes of 1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 3/4'', and 1'', these fittings are essential for high-pressure systems and are also available in special materials upon request. Note that SAE J514 JIC fittings and SAE J512 45° fittings have different seat angles and are not interchangeable.
