Where are you located? 

We are located in Houston, TX. You can find us near the Bush Intercontinental Airport, just off of 1960 between Hardy Toll Road and I-45.


Our address is 21606 Springbridge Drive, Houston, TX 77073.

What are your Operating Hours?

Our office is open Monday thru Friday, from 7am to 5pm CST (although we often have someone in the office until 6pm) Our cutoff guaranteed shipping time for same-day shipping from our Houston facility is 3pm CST.

What if I have an after-hours emergency?

Please give us a call at 281-941-2310, and leave us a message. If our office is closed, we still have a team monitoring after-hours calls and we will return your message as quickly as possible.

Orders

Is placing an order online secure?

YES. OneHydraulics takes order security very seriously. Our web store utilizes a secure third-party platform to accept payments via credit card through our website. Your data is encrypted so no one in our company will ever see your credit card information. Our platform supplier also offers a sophisticated and robust fraud protection program, so you can rest easy knowing your data is safe.


Since our order vetting process is very strict, there are some instances when our web platform may identify your order as potentially fraudulent. This typically happens when our platform's algorithms show that a billing and ship to address don't match, there's an issue with your IP address, or other such issues. In these cases, you will be contacted by OneHydraulics and we will ask you questions about your order, and other unique details. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID ONLINE. In some cases, we may require you to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form prior to placing your order. If you do not respond after on week and multiple attempts via phone and email, we will automatically cancel your order and refund your card. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can place an order as a guest or set up an account, whichever you'd prefer. Setting up an account will allow you the benefit to review your purchase history, monitor your orders more easily, and receive special discounts and offers. We will NOT enlist you in our newsletter without your permission. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Orders over $1000 may be subject to a 3% transaction fee. 


If you would prefer to pay via ACH or wire transfer, or your would like to be set up on Credit Terms, please contact us at sales@onehydraulics.com for our EFT instructions. All transactions for customers not on open credit terms must be paid upon order placement. 

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order, unless you are a customer with established net terms. Your order confirmation will have a link to download a copy of your receipt/invoice at any time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any charge from OneHydraulics, please contact us immediately at sales@onehydraulics.com.

Do you have any Order Minimums or Surcharges?

No way. The price you see online is the price you'll pay. We've already taken into account all the extra fees, so you don't have to. 


How do I know when my order will ship?

If your order will ship same-day from our facility in Houston, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information, and a link to track your order. 


If your order is drop-shipping from one of our manufacturers' facilities, we will provide you with a confirmed ship date the moment the manufacturer confirms that date to us. We also monitor all outbound shipments from our vendors, so the moment we receive tracking information we will be sending that to you through an automated email. 

Please keep in mind that some of our suppliers are on the West Coast, so they may not post tracking until later in the evening. Just because you don't have tracking yet doesn't necessarily mean your item hasn't shipped!

How does your $15 Flat Rate Shipping work?

We love to make fluid power easy! OneHydraulics offers $15 flat rate shipping on all orders placed online at OneHydraulics.com. This flat rate shipping is for standard ground speed shipping and only applies to the contiguous (lower 48) United States of America. Due to size restrictions and frequent post office rejections, we do not ship to Post Office locations.


Items going to Alaska or Hawaii ship at a $25 flat rate, as those locations require higher shipping fees.

All shipments are FOB shipping point. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

How does your Expedited Shipping work?

It's always our goal to get you what you need FAST, and that includes offering expedited shipping options!

UPS Next Day Air Saver = Next business day delivery by 4pm
UPS Next Day Air = Next business day delivery by 10:30am
UPS Next Day Air Early = Next business day delivery by 8:30am
UPS 2nd Day Air = 2 Business Day delivery


UPS RED SATURDAY = Special next-day delivery on a Saturday morning. Please call for this service, as we require special information to process Red Saturday orders.

If you ship on Friday, a UPS RED order will deliver the following Monday.

We cannot ship next-day on Saturdays or Sundays.

OneHydraulics does not set these prices; they are calculated by UPS based on the weight, shipping location, destination, and speed of shipping requested. OneHydraulics is also unfortunately not a shipping company and we cannot control delays caused in the shipping process once the product leaves our facility or a manufacturing partners' facility.

Shipping from OneHydraulics: For an order to guarantee UPS Red or UPS Blue shipping from OneHydraulics in Houston, TX, the item must be IN ONEHYDRAULICS STOCK and we must receive your order by 3:00pm CST.

Shipping from the Factory: For those items not in OneHydraulics stock, they may need to ship directly to you from one of our manufacturing partners. For those items shipping UPS Red or UPS Blue from our manufacturing partners, the item must be IN STOCK we must receive your order by noon CST. While we will do everything we can to ensure the item ships quickly, the shipping processes at our manufacturing partner facilities are out of our control and we cannot guarantee same-day shipments.

How does your Same-Day Delivery work?

Why send an employee for a Will Call pickup when you can save time and mileage instead?


OneHydraulics is located in Houston, TX near the Bush Intercontinental Airport. For those customers in the greater Houston area that are in a ~20 mile radius from our facility, we are so excited to now offer Same-Day Delivery! Just place your order online with same-day delivery, and we will work with our delivery hotshot partners to take care of the rest. 


Same-day shipping will require you to allow for a same-day delivery window. OneHydraulics offers delivery windows from 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, and 4pm to 6pm. You must place your order 30 minutes prior to the time window requested. For example, if you place an order at 11:30am, the earliest time window you can choose is 2pm-4pm. This will allow us time to prepare your shipment, and for the driver to reach our facility for the pickup.

How do I know if my items have shipped?

OneHydraulics is constantly monitoring all of our open orders and tracking all shipments. The moment we have a tracking number for your order, whether it be shipping from OneHydraulics or shipping from a manufacturing partners' location, we will send you that tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking number from us, please reach out at 281-941-2310 or email us at sales@onehydraulics.com.

Can I ship on my account? 

Yes! OneHydraulics.com is happy to ship items UPS Red or Blue, FedEx, or even via your preferred carriers, upon request. During checkout, please leave your UPS account number in the shipping notes and we’ll make sure your order ships quickly on your account.


If you do not have a UPS account, you may ship items via our flat ground rate, or upgrade your shipping at an additional cost at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Items that show to be available to ship "same day" are in OneHydraulics, Inc. stock located in Houston, TX. All orders in OneHydraulics’ stock received before 3:00pm CST will be shipped same-day. Please note that "same day" shipping only applies to business days. OneHydraulics is closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as major UPS holidays, and will not ship those days.


If you have a special circumstance and need us to ship an item after 3:00pm or on a weekend or holiday, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

Those items not in our stock may ship direct to you from one of our many vendor partners. All items shipping from our vendors are shipping from factories based in the USA or Canada, not necessarily the Country of Manufacture listed online. For example, some items may be manufactured in Italy, but are held in stock at the USA warehouse for USA customers. Our lead times are based on shipping from domestic stock locations. Shipping speeds may vary, but we will send a confirmation of an expected ship date as soon as that becomes available.

Any item not shown to be in stock may have a lead time that is beyond our control. We do our best to update the standard lead times shown on OneHydraulics.com regularly, but if your project is time sensitive, please give us a call prior to placing your online order so we can verify the lead time with more accuracy based on current production schedules.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx, and on occasion USPS for very small items. Due to size restrictions and frequent post office rejections, we do not ship to Post Office locations.


Heavy freight shipments over 50lbs are shipped via an LTL carrier of our choice. We are happy to ship via FedEx, DHL, or any other carriers at the Customer's Request, on the Customer's account.

Does $15 Flat Rate Shipping apply to Heavy Freight?

Yes, our $15 flat rate shipping applies to heavy freight shipments, too!


Generally, items individual or combined weighing over 50lbs are too large to be shipped safely by UPS and may be sent by LTL truck. Shipping method and carrier selection shall be the sole discretion of OneHydraulics, Inc., unless the customer wishes to have us ship their item Collect on their account.

Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES OR DELIVERIES REQUIRING LIFT GATE OR OTHER SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Do you Ship Overseas? 

Yes! OneHydraulics.com is happy to ship orders internationally. However, our flat rate shipping does not apply on International Orders, and you will be contacted by a OneHydraulics team member upon placement of an international order to coordinate shipping and payment instructions. All international orders must be paid in full before shipment.


Any International taxes or customs fees will be collected by UPS, or in the case of freight shipments, by your customs broker. OneHydraulics is not responsible for any additional fees related to international shipping, including special packaging requirements. We will not ship to countries under sanctions by the United States government.

Product

Can I return my product?

At OneHydraulics, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.


Any item custom manufactured for a customer’s application, including winches, cylinders, and other made-to-order products, may be non-cancellable and non-returnable. OneHydraulics will not accept returns on those items for any reason. If you may need to return a product you are ordering, please verify if it may be returned prior to ordering. 

Items purchased on onehydraulics.com (with the exception of custom manufactured products as noted above) can be returned within 30 days from the date it was shipped with a 15% restocking fee. 

All items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been used or purchased from another company. Used condition includes, but is not limited to, the use of thread tape or sealant, the damage or deformation of threads, the presence of fluid or contamination, the loss of original packaging, etc. OneHydraulics will inspect all items upon return to us. Accepting the condition of the returned items as new and salable is it at the sole discretion of OneHydraulics. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If a return is required as a result of an error made by OneHydraulics (e.g., shipping an incorrect item, quantity, etc.), the abovementioned fees may not apply. Please contact your sales person or email 
sales@onehydraulics.com so we can fix any errors relating to your order immediately.

Please see our Terms and Conditions relating to warranty claims. Prior to shipping an item back to OneHydraulics, you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and number. Failure to obtain an RGA prior to returning the item may result in a rejection of your refund request. All returns must be shipped with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. All items must be packaged properly to prevent damage upon shipping back to OneHydraulics. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of the return. 

Following our inspection, you will be notified of the product’s disposition and charges, if any. Upon approval, you will have fourteen (14) days to ship the product to OneHydraulics. If there have been no shipment updates to the tracking number in 14 days after the date of approval, your RGA will be voided and your return with expire. Products returned for factory warranty issues must be accompanied by a report explaining the non-performance or failure of the returned part. Please contact OneHydraulics prior to shipping back any item relating to a warranty issue.

Any item labeled ‘Final Sale’ on the website is non-cancellable and non-returnable. Any item custom manufactured for a customer’s application is non-cancellable and non-returnable. OneHydraulics will not accept returns on those items for any reason.

Do you offer a Warranty?

Warranties may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty for any manufacturing defects related to their products, and we pass that warranty along to our customers.


Please note that one of the most common causes for product failure is oil or air contamination, and warranties will NOT apply to products damaged due to improper maintenance of your fluid media. Keep it clean! If you need help keeping your system clean, please ask. We'd be happy to help.
