The IMI Norgren 2-Position 5-Way Nugget 200 Pneumatic Spool Valves feature push button actuation with pull return functionality, offering ease of use and reliable performance in pneumatic systems. With a robust spool design, these valves ensure longevity and high flow capacity, making them suitable for various applications. Available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, they provide flexibility to meet different operational requirements. Compatible with both filtered and lubricated or non-lubricated compressed air or vacuum, these valves offer versatility in medium usage. They are air pilot actuated via a spool valve system and can be easily mounted inline through holes in the valve body. With port sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" NPT, they accommodate different connection needs. Operating effectively under pressures from 10 Hg vacuum to 150 psig (10.3 bar) and temperatures ranging from -20°F to 160°F (-29°C to 71°C), these valves are built to withstand diverse operating conditions. Constructed with durable materials such as aluminum for the body and anodized aluminum for the spool, along with nitrile-based elastomers, they ensure reliable performance and minimal maintenance requirements.
