The IMI Norgren 2-Position 5-Way Nugget 200 Pneumatic Spool Valves feature a unique one-way trip actuation and spring return mechanism, ensuring reliable operation in various applications. With a durable spool design and high-flow compact valves, these pneumatic valves offer versatility in functionality, available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations to suit different needs. They are compatible with filtered and lubricated or non-lubricated compressed air or vacuum systems, making them adaptable to diverse environments. Designed for easy installation, they can be mounted inline through holes in the valve body, and they come with port sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" NPT. Operating seamlessly within a wide temperature range of -20°F to 160°F (-29°C to 71°C) and an operating pressure range of 10 Hg vacuum to 150 psig (10.3 bar), these valves ensure consistent performance. Constructed with durable materials such as aluminum body and anodized aluminum spool, along with elastomers like nitrile, they are built to withstand demanding conditions while maintaining longevity and reliability.
