and a more flexible hose are required, and they have excellent impulse performance and flexibility.
Shop Braided Hose
Braided hydraulic hoses have a braided layer of wire or textile material around the tube, which provides reinforcement and adds
strength to the hose. The braided layer can be made of one or multiple layers of wire, and is typically less flexible than spiral hoses.
Braided hoses are suitable for medium pressure applications and and commonly used in industrial and agricultural equipment.
They are also more flexible, typically less expensive, and have higher impact resistance in a more compact size than spiral hose.
Shop Spiral Hose
Spiral hoses have a spiral or helical arrangement of wire reinforcement around the tube, providing a stronger and more
flexible hose than braided hoses. Spiral hoses are suitable for high-pressure applications and are commonly
used in heavy-duty construction and mining equipment.
Spiral hoses are ideal for high-pressure applications, where a braided hose may not be able to handle the pressure. They also
have a longer service life because they are more resistant to fatigue and wear, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications.
Although spiral hoses are less flexible than braided hoses, they still have excellent flexibility for easy installation.
