Shop Cover (Blanking) Plates

Cover Plates (also known as blanking plates, blocking plates, or cap-off plates) are used to cap off a pattern after a surface-mounted component is removed.

They are also used to cover an extra pattern to be utilized in the future. Aluminum models rated to 3000psi, and ductile iron models are rated to 5000psi.

Available in D03, D05, and D08 styles.

Shop Parallel Circuit Plates

Parallel systems will share flow between all the functions. This cover plate will block all ports - Pressure, Tank, and working ports A & B.

Shop Series Circuit Plates

Shop Now

Series systems allow flow from one component to the next component. This cover plate will block working ports A & B, while allowing flow from Pressure to Tank.

Shop Crossover Circuit Plates

Shop Now

Crossover plates (COP) are also referred to as flushing plates, and allow flow from Pressure to working port A, and working port B to tank. They are typically used when flushing oil through the hydraulic system, enabling oil to reach the actuator.

Shop Crossover B Circuit Plates

COPB Crossover plates are similar to COP plates, but reversed. They will allow flow from Pressure to working port B, and working port A to Tank.
