Shop Deltrol DCV-100 Cartridge Check Valves for C-10-2 Cavity
The Deltrol Fluid Products DCV-100-B Direct Acting Check Valve is a robust cartridge valve designed to ensure one-way flow in hydraulic systems. It permits fluid to flow freely from port 1 to port 2, while preventing reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 using a spring-loaded ball mechanism. This valve is ideal for load-holding and blocking applications, featuring a hardened seat and chrome alloy ball for durability and low leakage. Our -PB Version of this valve features a Torlon® ball for reliable, positive shut-off and a guide ball assembly for smooth operation. Rated for up to 3000 psi and capable of handling flows up to 5 gpm, it fits industry-standard cavities and is constructed from anodized aluminum for reliability in demanding conditions.
Pressure at ➀ overcomes the spring-bias ball and allows free flow to ➁. Flow in the opposite direction, from ➁ to ➀, is blocked by the ball.
