Shop Deltrol DPC-080 Cartridge PO Check Valves for C-8-3 Cavity
The Deltrol Fluid Products DPC-080-P Motion Control Pilot-to-Open Check Valve is designed to allow fluid to flow freely in one direction while blocking it in the reverse direction, with an option to reverse the flow by applying pilot pressure. This valve uses a poppet mechanism, which remains closed under normal conditions but opens when a specific pilot pressure at port 1 is reached, allowing flow between ports 3 and 2. Featuring a hardened poppet and seat for durability and an industry-common cavity for easy integration, this valve is ideal for load-holding and blocking applications in hydraulic systems, operating efficiently up to 3000 psi with minimal leakage.
Pressure at ➁ overcomes the spring-bias poppet and allows free flow to ➂. Flow in the opposite direction, from ➂ to ➁, is blocked by the poppet. When the required pilot pressure is achieved at ➀, the poppet unseats and allows flow between ➂ and ➁. The pilot piston area to poppet seat area ratio is 3:1.
