Shop Deltrol DPR-100 Pressure Reducing-Relieving Cartridge Valves
The Deltrol Fluid Products DPR-100 is an adjustable pressure reducing-relieving cartridge valve designed to control pressure in secondary circuits. This direct-acting spool valve allows bi-directional flow between ports 1 and 2 while venting the spring chamber at port 3. When the preset pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve's spool restricts flow at port 2 to regulate pressure at port 1. With a range of pressure settings, hardened components for durability, and options for tamper-resistant adjustment, the DPR-100 ensures precise pressure control and reliable performance. It operates up to 3000 PSI and is made from durable anodized aluminum, suitable for a wide range of temperatures.
The DPR-100 in the steady state will allow bi-directional flow between ➀ and ➁ with spring chamber ➂ vented.
When the preset pressure at ➀ is achieved, the spool throttles to regulate pressure at ➀ by restricting flow at ➁.
