This compressor is always ready for use, requires no secondary engine, and offers easy installation on all hydraulic systems. It delivers air pressures up to 12 bar and flow rates from 450 to 1,000 liters per minute. With features like position-free use and transportation in the HKOF450 oil-free models, low maintenance, and a small carbon footprint, it ensures reliable, cost-effective performance with minimal environmental impact.
How does the Hydraulic Piston Compressor Work?
The hydraulic compressor utilizes a machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s hydraulic system as power source to produce air flow.
Hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic compressor’s integrated hydraulic motor through the pressure line.
The hydraulic compressor converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into compressed air.
The hydraulic oil is led back to carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
The compressor’s piston creates air pressure that is led to the reservoir frame where it is utilized e.g. for powering pneumatic tools.
