The MAG Lifting Magnet is known for its robust and high-quality construction, making it durable and reliable for demanding tasks. It is easy to install and use, with a two-year or 2000-hour warranty for added peace of mind. The MAG Lifting Magnet offers a standard tear-off force ranging from 5.5 tons (12.1 k lbs) to 70 tons (154 k lbs), depending on the model. Its coil power varies from 3.0 kW to 20 kW, with larger models available upon request. Standard diameters range from 700 mm to 2200 mm, with custom sizes also available. This magnet is ideal for a wide range of applications including ferrous material handling, recycling, metal separation, scrap metal collection in demolition and construction sites, as well as loading and unloading trucks, trains, and vessels.
How Does the MAG Lifting Magnet Work Together
with the Hydraulic Magnet Generator?
The hydraulic magnet generator utilizes a machine’s hydraulic system as a power source to power lifting magnet.
The hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic magnet generator through the pressure line.
The hydraulic magnet generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into DC electricity to power the lifting magnet.
The hydraulic oil is led back to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
The DC electricity is used for magnetizing and demagnetizing a lifting magnet. When demagnetizing, the power of a Dynaset hydraulic magnet generator pushes the load off a lifting magnet in 0.8 of a second.
