Faster FHV Flat Face Quick Disconnect Couplings are heavy-duty connectors designed for demanding applications like construction equipment. These screw-on couplings feature a durable Zinc-Nickel plating for superior corrosion resistance, allowing for safe connection even with up to 35 MPa residual pressure in the male half. The internal bearing system prevents hose torsion during use, while the safety sleeve ensures protection against accidental disconnections caused by vibrations. Optional aluminum and PVC dust caps provide added protection. Available in "ET" models with an extended temperature range from -30°C to 120°C, and "HD" models with a double bearing ball system and greasing nipple, these couplings deliver exceptional durability and performance in harsh environments.
