Description
An air or gas driven gas booster has a continuously reciprocating drive piston section directly connected to one or two gas boosting sections. The drive section includes a four-way air cycling valve and dual air pilot valves to provide the continuous reciprocation. Normally start and stop control is accomplished by cutting off drive or pilot air input. For a description of gas section operation, see data sheet. Gas Booster advantages include High Pressure Capabilities up to 25,000psi, Boosting directly from unregulated high pressure gas cylinders or pipelines, maintaining gas purity, on-man portability, no electrical or cooling connections needed, instrinsically safe, boosting capability of virtually any noncorrosive industrial or laboratory gas, simple maintenance, mounting in any position, and weatherproof.
