The Series 9064 45-Degree Angled Male JIC x Male BSPT adapters, made from durable carbon steel, are designed to provide secure, leak-free connections in fluid power systems. These adapters feature a male JIC (Joint Industry Council) 37° hydraulic connection on one side, where a mechanical seal is formed between the male flared and female coned seat. On the other side, they include a male BSPT (British Standard Pipe Tapered) connection, which uses tapered threads to create a tight seal when mated with BSPT female ports. The BSPT connection is compatible with both BSPP and BSPT female ports and is ideal for applications where leak prevention is critical. Thread sealant is recommended for securing the connection, and the thread sizes are expressed as fractional dimensions with “R” indicating a tapered thread.
