Shop Deltrol DRV-100 Pressure Relieving Cartridge Valves
The Deltrol Fluid Products DRV-100 Direct-Acting, Adjustable, Poppet Relief Valve is a high-performance valve designed to safeguard hydraulic systems from excessive pressure. This valve stops flow from port 1 to port 2 until a predetermined pressure is reached, then allows flow to protect the circuit from overpressurization. It features rapid response to pressure changes, a hardened poppet for extended durability, and options for tamper-resistant adjustments. With a pressure range of 100 to 3000 PSI and a flow capacity of up to 10 GPM, it operates reliably in temperatures from -30°F to +250°F. The valve's adjustable settings and sturdy aluminum construction ensure long-lasting performance and effective pressure management.
TThe DRV-100 prevents flow from ➀ to ➁ until the set crack pressure at ➀ is achieved.
The poppet then unseats allowing flow from ➀ to ➁ protecting the circuit from over pressurization.
