The generator can be controlled electrically or hydraulically, with optional smart features (DSMART) for monitoring and adjustment, and an accompanying DSMART app for mobile devices. Additional auxiliary AC power is available with an electric central, making it compatible with any hydraulic system.
How Does the Hydraulic Magnet Generator Work?
The hydraulic magnet generator utilizes a machine’s hydraulic system as a power source to produce DC electricity for
powering a lifting magnet.
Hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic magnet generator through the pressure line.
The hydraulic magnet generator converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into DC electricity to power a lifting magnet.
The hydraulic oil is led back to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
The DC electricity is used for magnetizing and demagnetizing a lifting magnet. When demagnetizing, the power of a Dynaset hydraulic magnet generator pushes the load off a lifting magnet in 0.8 of a second.
The magnet generator produces auxiliary AC electricity when equipped with an electric central.
